Meet Your Teachers

Conor Casey
YOGA & BREATHWORK TEACHER
As a professional guitarmaker, musician and yogi, Conor is devoted to cultivating the qualities of presence and attention to detail in his practice, craft and daily life.
Conor’s classes are intuitive and deeply experiential, informed by over a decade of study and practice across Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga, alongside extensive training in breathwork, somatics, energy medicine and sound healing.
Music and sound play an important role in Conor’s classes, with custom playlists intentionally created for each class.

Evangeline O’Neill
YOGA & REBIRTHING BREATHWORK TEACHER
Evangeline’s relationship with movement and the body has been shaped by over 20 years as an international performing artist, alongside more than a decade of teaching yoga and breathwork.
Her teaching is embodied, intuitive and deeply experiential, weaving together movement, breath and awareness. Her approach is informed by extensive training across Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, Rebirthing Breathwork, Reiki, Lomi Lomi, Identity-Oriented Psychotrauma Therapy and Taoist feminine arts.
At the heart of Evangeline’s teaching is a deep trust in the body and our capacity to listen to it. Her classes invite us to slow down, feel more deeply and meet ourselves with greater awareness.

Etienne Silvestre
MEDITATION TEACHER
Etienne is a meditation teacher with a longstanding personal practice rooted in the Vipassana tradition, including many months spent in intensive residential silent retreat at meditation centres around the world.
His teaching is grounded, accessible and experiential, with an emphasis on cultivating equanimity and self-awareness through direct experience of the breath and body.
Alongside his meditation practice, Etienne is a trained yoga teacher and craftsperson, with a keen interest in cultivating the same qualities of presence and attention in his work and daily life as on the meditation cushion.
Etienne’s presence at Punchbowl is greatly appreciated, and the opportunity to practise with him is not to be missed.
Punchbowl Yoga currently lives in a small, intimate studio on our family property in Clare.
Our long-term vision is to restore the old farm buildings into a purpose built community hub for yoga, meditation, workshops and retreats.
Every class you attend and every friend you bring helps bring this vision one step closer to reality.
